If the user (you) does not agree to the terms and conditions of use then please do not use this website to make any purchases. It is up to the user (you) to accept these terms and conditions if the user (you) is not able to oblige do not order from this site. It is important for the user to keep updated on any changes to these policies please always check back to see if there is any changes. By the user choosing to use and purchase from this site it is considered that the user has agreed to all usage terms and conditions and will abide by the rules and regulations.

USER ACCOUNT

The user must provide true accurate information about him/herself. We may suspend or terminate the users account and refuse current and future use of the Site if we believe or suspect false information has been provided.

USER ADDRESS

The address must be a live address (not a PO address). If a post office address is provided we will need the actual live address of purchaser. We have the right to contact you or the post office to verify this information with accordance to our rules and regulations.

USER PRESCRIPTION

The prescription must be a valid prescription from your eye care provider. The prescription must be an exact duplicate of what the eye care professional has provided for you. Always follow up with your eye care provider if you believe that there are changes needed, or any type of discomfort emerges from the use of the lens. The contact lens that you are ordering must be a duplicate replacement of lenses as filled by your eye care provider. By using this site for ordering you are agreeing to the above mentioned. We may need to contact your eye care provider and you give us your consent to contact the eye care provider for any necessary information that may be needed to complete the order or verify the prescription.

DELIVERY

Deliveries will be made as soon as possible to the address on your order. General shipping shall be 3-10 days. Delays will not be longer than 30 days unless we notify the user by email/ telephone.

PRODUCTS

The products colors and designs are displayed as accurately as possible. The colors may vary from monitor screen to monitor screen. If the product is not what the site offered please return it within seven days of purchasing. Refund will be only given if product has not been used.
