For people who want to have their prescription updated, a sight test by an optician is a cost-effective and safe option. People under 19 and over 65, and those with specific health problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure risks, will automatically be referred to an optometrist or physician for an eye health exam.

  

The sight test is intended for use on our immediate clients who are purchasing their corrective lenses from Eyes in Motion.  The information collected by the sight test is for in office use only and is not intended and should not be used by other locations.
