Returns & Exchanges

The user may cancel his/her order before it has been shipped by contacting us. If he/she receives the product he/she have 7 days to return the product in saleable condition. It is the user’s responsibility to make sure that the product arrives to our shipment center safely, securely and free from loss or damage. Failure to do so will result in a non-refund of the product.

Refund will be processed after the product has been checked to ensure it is unused, unopened, and in good condition. Thereafter there will be a refund issued (please allow 15 days).
